Terms of Service

Your account

• You must meet the platform's intended use: NEET UG preparation. One account per student.
• Students under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent to enroll in paid batches.
• Keep your login to yourself. Sharing accounts distorts your analytics and breaks these terms.

Fair use

• Course content, questions, e-books and recordings are for your personal preparation only.
• Reselling, redistributing or scraping content, or uploading it elsewhere, is prohibited and leads to account termination without refund.
• Free e-books may be shared freely in their original, unmodified form.
• Do not attempt to cheat in ranked mock tests. Anti-cheat systems may invalidate affected attempts.

Payments and refunds

Prices for every batch are listed publicly on the courses page, including applicable taxes. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; we never store your card details. Every paid batch carries a 7 day full refund window from the day of joining, described in detail in our refund policy.

What we promise

• Access to the batch and features you paid for, for the stated duration.
• Recordings of live classes you miss, available for the life of your batch.
• Honest marketing: we publish platform facts and teacher credentials, never student identities or outcome claims.

What we do not promise

No coaching platform can promise you a rank, a score or a seat, and we make no such guarantee. NEET results depend on your work, the exam and counselling rules outside anyone's control. Be suspicious of anyone in this industry who promises otherwise.

Service availability

We target high availability, especially during mock test windows, but the internet has bad days. If a scheduled ranked test is disrupted on our side, we re-run it. We are not liable for losses caused by outages, beyond re-providing the affected service.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break fair use rules, after warning where reasonable. Refunds in such cases follow the refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the operating entity is registered.
