Choosing a NEET batch is a serious decision for a family, and you should be able to change your mind after actually seeing the product. Every paid batch comes with a 7 day full refund window, no questions asked. Here is exactly how it works.
The 7 day window
- Applies to every paid batch: Aarambh, Lakshya, Sankalp, Prahar and Test Engine Pro.
- Counts 7 calendar days from the day your payment is confirmed.
- Full refund of the amount paid, to the original payment method.
- No questions asked. A counsellor may ask for optional feedback; answering is your choice.
How to request a refund
Call us or message us on WhatsApp with the phone number on your account and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. You will get a confirmation message the same day, and the refund is initiated within 2 working days.
When the money arrives
After we initiate it, the time to reach your account depends on the payment method: UPI usually within 1 to 3 working days, cards and net banking within 5 to 7 working days as per bank timelines.
Outside the 7 day window
- After 7 days, fees are non-refundable, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
- If we cancel or fail to start a batch, you receive a full refund regardless of timing.
- Batch switches (paying the difference to move to another batch) stay available throughout, even when a refund is no longer possible.
Free products
The free mock test, free account features and free e-books involve no payment, so no refund applies. The Test Engine Pro free trial requires no card, and nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe after it.
