How do refunds work?
Every paid batch has a 7 day full refund window from the day of joining, no questions asked. Details are on the refund policy page, and a counsellor can process it on a single call.
Can parents call on behalf of a student?
Of course. A large share of our calls are from parents. Counsellors will explain batch fit, fees and the weekly report parents receive.
Do you have an office I can visit?
We are an online first platform run as a Saint Martinus University initiative. Counselling happens on phone and WhatsApp, which also keeps our prices where they are.
